I haven't had a dizzy spell since my PT on Monday morning. What I do have is a sore back from trying to sleep with 3 pillows. I gave up and moved to the recliner in the living room, but I still need to have a pillow behind my head to make sure that my head is pointing down.
And I'm so tired! I think I've had about 6 hours total sleep the past 2 nights. One more night in the recliner, then I can move back to my bed, even though I have to sleep on my right side for a week.
For the joy of not being dizzy, I'll do just about anything!

That has to be hard -- hope you feel better soon.
Hang in there Lynne. Keeping you in my thoughts. I hate having to change up my sleeping patterns. Just messes me up, but I'm sure you're glad to have not had the vertigo.
Hope you continue to keep the 'spinning' away! I've had it, too. It is awful!
I'll keep my fingers crossed that it continues to work for you.
I suffer from vertigo as well and can only sleep on my left side...if I get on back or on my right side, the world starts spinning. I've never been for any kind of therapy for it, the specialist just said it's something I have to get used to!! Well, that was quite a few years ago and it's become quite "normal" for me now to sleep on my left side and not tilt my head back when I'm standing. lol Hopefully you won't get any more dizzy spells for a long time to come after the therapy. xoxo
Yikes Lynne! I'm so sorry you're dealing with this.
Hugs,
Kat
Glad to hear you are feeling better.
Thanks for your visit.
