Oh, if you happen to live in my neighborhood, forget you ever saw this. Our stodgy home owners' association says no clotheslines. But since when do I ever follow all the rules???

I know a lot of HOAs are now doing this. I can't think of anything more restrictive and elitist than prohibiting clothes hanging on lines. Don't they believe in saving energy??? Don't let them push you around. Fight it, girl!

Wow. There is NOTHING like going to bed on sheets that have dried in the sun. I have GOT to figure out a place to put a clothesline that will not get me into trouble with our community.
